So why when the new Lulu first appeared was there no voiceover saying….”the part of Lulu Spencer Falconeri is now being played by……”?? They always do that when there’s a cast change. Or did. The new Lulu just appeared and we were all supposed to know there had been a cast change, or perhaps not notice????
