If you ordered tickets for any of the events with ticket orders posted, please do not panic if you have not yet received your confirmation email about receipt of your ticket order. On the first day of ticket sales alone for the Main Cast Luncheon and Kick Off Cocktail Party, the GHFC received more than 300 separate ticket orders. Each of these ticket orders must be processed by hand. It is entirely possible the staff has not yet processed your order. It is also possible that ticket orders for one event but not another. Our staff is working as fast as they can, but it does take time to get through each order, assign seating for the luncheon, and send out emails to everyone. Your patience is appreciated.

It was sent out january 16. I did receive an email asking for my friends email address, i gave it, but received nothing after that. I don’t want to presume i have tickets and in the end i don’t. Thank you for your help.

If you sent your friend’s email address, I’d say you are good to go. They are processing a ton of tickets, so what happens is that sometimes when an order needs additional info, it is set aside. They likely just did not get to the confirmation email for you yet. I’ll see what else I can find out.
