Please read carefully!
These are the details I am given, good luck to everyone!

Our GHFCW Block will go on sale Thursday February 28th at midnight Eastern Time now to break it down barney style that is Wednesday night at 11:59 when the clock turns over to midnight Thursday morning our block is supposed to go live.

The Code is FGH

The rate is for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday until they are sold out. Once sold out we can not anymore rooms, I am sorry to say. I doubled my block this year so hopefully (fingers crossed) more get in under the block this year!

The Rate is $174.00 per night with the following amenity’s

AMENITY ITEMS:

  • Complimentary Full Breakfast with a Cooked-To-Order Omelet Station
  • Complimentary Evening Manager’s Reception
  • One Complimentary Corner Suite Upgrade
  • Internet: $5.00 (valued at 9.95)
  • Parking: $8.00 daily (valued at $21.00 per car, per day)
  • This is a copy and paste of what I was sent when I ask if you could go on line to book your room.
They can go online and put the code in online under the dates and group code or they can call 1-800-EMBASSY (362-2779). If they call the hotel, they will get transferred to central reservations possibly taking valuable booking time away.
There are a couple of requests that I ask of you if you plan to book a room.
1-Please do not book a room if you do not plan to attend and use it. Do not book on just a maybe. This takes rooms away from those who do need a room and do not get in on the block.
2-If you book a room and for unforeseen reason you are not able to attend, please email and give me the option of taking that room for someone who may need it. Once you call and cancel, I cannot retrieve that room and we lose it.

  • And last but certainly not least Thank You to each one of you who have patiently waited on us to get this in order. The hotel has had some turnover in help which most establishments do, and few are feeling their way and leaning something new. So it took a little longer than usual.
