Since departing GENERAL HOSPITAL last year when her character(s) Connie Falconeri/Kate Howard reached their demise, Kelly Sullivan is now tackling female empowerment with the launch of Thatta Gurl, which seeks “to connect, to inspire, and to share knowledge about living every damn day happily and healthily.” She will also soon begin appearing on CBS’s THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS in the recurring role of Sage.
In a video posted on the official Thatta Gurl website, Sullivan introduces her fellow sisters to a community where health and wellness can be fun, provides tips on food, nutrition and fitness, while also presenting interviews with several amazing women.
Some of the ladies potentially taking part include GH’s Lisa LoCicero (Olivia Falconeri), Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) and Michelle Stafford (Nina Clay) along with Vanessa Marcil (ex-Brenda Barrett). “Kelly is a girls’ girl. She knows that every woman’s success belongs to all women. Her heart is huge. Her talent is brave and most importantly she’s hot,” stated Marcil on the Aw Thanks page.
