GH Last Week!

Hello GH Fans! Welcome to the new GHFC column, “GH Last Week.” This column will post each week (at some point over the weekend – by Monday afternoon at the latest, depending on my bustling nap social schedule) and will cover the GH news from the previous week, as well as provide a recap of what happened on our favorite show.

The Doctor’s Order
Heather’s many voiceovers and flashbacks are the best things since sliced bread. I can’t decide if they are way too over the top or not because I’m too busy laughing every time she starts one. One Life to Live fans, are this many flashbacks standard practice for our headwriter? It seems feels like there are two per episode, and I need to prepare myself for more in the future. General Hospital has used so few flashbacks for so many years, that it’s a huge change.

The Doctor’s Order
I’m one week into watching General Hospital again after a month’s absence. Having to play catch-up is rather entertaining! For example, I had no idea that Tea’s stillborn son was actually Todd’s nephew in addition to being the child of the man he killed . . . which makes that man his brother, of course. My what a crazy web Todd has woven in Llanview all these years! He’s a fascinating character, much more so than the other Llanview transplants so far.
